Technical Report: In-situ Charge and Discharge Testing
See the battery charging and discharging on the spot.
Real-time observation of particle cracking and interfacial degradation accompanying charge and discharge progress allows for the immediate understanding of structural changes occurring within the electrode. Furthermore, by using Raman spectroscopy, it is possible to visualize chemical information such as changes in the crystal structure of active materials and redox states, enabling detailed evaluation of state changes associated with electrochemical reactions. A significant feature is the ability to track the same area from multiple angles by observing morphology with SEM, obtaining elemental distribution with EDS, and acquiring chemical information with Raman. By integrating these results, a deeper understanding of degradation mechanisms in electrode materials, such as interfacial delamination, the occurrence of fine cracks, and phase changes in the electrolyte, can be achieved. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.*
